Free Range Chicken Sausages
Our free range chicken sausages are hand made on site and come in
a range of flavours and sizes. We only use fresh ingredients and have
spent loads of time perfecting their flavour. They're made with natural
casings, the chippalatas from lamb whilst the large are from hoggs.

Packed with fresh ingredients (we don’t use any dried mixed
ingredients). Our fab free range chicken, fresh chilli, coriander,
lemon grass, root ginger, garlic, kaffir lime leaves, fish
sauce, lime zest and juice. A great Thai flavour and a little
more mellow than our Thai
Burgers. |

Free Range Gluten Free Chicken Leek and Apple Sausages.
Possibly the best sausages we do, courser ground sausage,
fantastic ingredients without rusk or preservative so they
have to be blast frozen to lock in that fresh flavour. You
can really taste the leek and apples! |
